Pokémon Apex ArenaEnd User License Agreement
1. License
You get a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to play Pokémon Apex Arena in your web browser for non-commercial purposes, subject to this agreement and the Terms of Service.
2. Ownership
The original code, artwork, arenas, interface, sound design and other original content of the game belong to its creator. Pokémon names, characters, sprites, music and related material belong to Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company. No rights to their intellectual property are granted to you or claimed by us.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- sell, rent or commercially exploit the game or any part of it;
- copy, mirror, re-host or redistribute the game, its assets or its servers' data;
- modify the game to cheat, or reverse engineer or tamper with its online services, except where the law expressly allows it;
- remove copyright, credit or license notices.
Recording and sharing gameplay videos and screenshots is welcome, including on monetised channels, as long as you don't claim the game as your own.
4. Third-party content
The game uses resources from other creators under their own terms, including PMD Sprite Collab contributors (CC BY-NC 4.0), Pokémon Showdown and the @pkmn packages (MIT), and others listed in the in-game Credits. Those licenses apply to those resources.
5. Termination
This license ends automatically if you break this agreement or the Terms of Service. You can end it at any time by stopping play and, if you like, deleting your profile.
6. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is”, without warranty. The limitations of liability in the Terms of Service also apply to this agreement.
